Rooted In Nature Therapy (RINT)

Relationships are at the heart of healing.

We believe mental health is restored through nurturing connections—with ourselves, our communities, and the natural world.

Rooted in an ecotherapy framework, we offer accessible and affirming mental health care that fosters reciprocal relationships with Nature for a deeper sense of belonging.

WHAT IS ECO-Therapy?

Ecotherapy is a practice that reconnects us with the natural world to support emotional and mental well-being.

At Rooted in Nature Therapy, we understand that nature is not separate from us—we are nature. Whether it's through walking outdoors, connecting with ancestral land stories, or simply noticing the elements around us, ecotherapy invites grounding, restoration, and relationship.

We meet you where you are—outdoors, in-office, or via telehealth—integrating nature in ways that are accessible, culturally affirming, and deeply personal.

Together, we co-create spaces for restoration, where care is reciprocal, healing is relational, and the well-being of People + Planet are deeply intertwined.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Rooted in Nature Therapy honors and gives deep gratitude to the Original Peoples of the ancestral lands we have the honor to reside on, including the Tongva (Gabrieleno), Chumash, and Fernandeño Tataviam Nations.

We recognize their Elders—past, present, and emerging—and acknowledge their enduring contributions.

In community and care, we dedicate ourselves to being mindful stewards, fostering respect, sustainability, and the restoration of the Land, while advocating for justice for future generations.
