IECMHC CONSULTATION
Our Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) is rooted in compassionate guidance, understanding early childhood behavior, strengthening family relationships, and helping caregivers access community resources for ongoing support.
IECMHC may be a good fit for you, if you are potentially experiencing:
Burnout or exhaustion in caring for a child in your life?
Challenges in understanding or responding to a child’s emotions and behaviors?

PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST-AID
While Psychological First Aid is not therapy - it may be a helpful short-term option when in crisis; especially for those potentially navigating unforeseen circumstances that are out of their control. Examples may include surviving and/or witnessing a natural disaster, experiencing political distress, and systemic stressors.
These are ways RINT can offer support:
Reminding you that your reactions are valid responses to challenging events
Helping you reconnect with your body and emotions through grounding practices
Expanding your sense of safety through mindfulness and grounding strategies to restore calm for the mind, body and heart
Tapping into your strengths and wisdom while also expanding your coping skills for gradual emotional restoration
COMMUNITY TRAININGS , WORKSHOPS & CONSULTATION
Beyond therapy, we offer capacity-building opportunities for individuals, organizations, and community spaces to deepen their understanding of mental health topics and integrate a nature-centered approach into their work.
We welcome opportunities to engage in community through collaborative projects, including but not limited to tabling events, resource sharing, and speaking engagements.
